Staging Case Study - Kadoorie home
The owner renting out this large house in the Kadoorie Estate had just renovated the property and wanted to show off the new clean finish.
We decided to stage just the main rooms – the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and one bathroom. We sourced all the furniture and accessories and split the large living area into two zones. To show the versatility of such a big space, we created one area for ‘grown-ups’ and one for the whole family.
The property was rented within a week.
Alex helped us to plan the setting and source the furniture as well as matching accessories, such as cushions, flowers…etc for our show house. Her suggestion of adding curtains in the living, dinning and master bedroom has changed the ambiance of the whole house.
