Staging Case Study - Pok Fu Lam

Furniture & Accessories Staging, plus Digital Renderings, for Okay Property Agency in Pok Fu Lam district – staged and sold within 4 days.

This project started digitally with virtual renderings created for the Okay marketing team. As the previous tenant was still living in the apartment when it first went on sale, these digital room renderings could be used to gather interest in the property early on.

Later, once the tenant had moved out and we had staged the property, we were able to use these images to advertise different ways to use the space. This was especially useful for the rooftop which we left empty.

For this apartment, we kept the furniture neutral and accessorised with pops of colour. Blue became the theme of the living room to help the central staircase become a feature rather than a distraction.
