Home Staging Case Study - Villa Costa

When we came to this 4 bedroom family house in Tai Po, it had just been updated with a new kitchen and new bathrooms. Our job was to create a comfortable and aspirational family home with furniture and accessories.

For example, the scale of the living room, with its high ceilings and huge windows, had the potential to look empty and impersonal. Accessories add those vital personal touches, tie the room together and give visual drama when needed. We added tall Bragg lamps and shades for maximum impact. We commissioned large art pieces especially for the project to complement the scale of the room and tie together the colour palette. We also used an oversized rug to zone the room.

As well as staging the home, we also provided 3D virtual images of ‘other ways to use the space’. Here you can see the real staged study alongside the digital rendering.
