Brief: 3 bedroom flat full renovation. The client was looking to create a clean, modern space that would fit with his lifestyle. Plenty of room for books and his numerous rugs purchased in his travels.
I recently used the Home Stylist to renovate a 3 bedroom apartment in Pok Fu Lam. I would highly recommend their services.
Their pricing policy is very transparent and fair. No hidden costs or adding a margin onto sourced goods. Simply, money charged for services rendered. This takes a lot of stress out of the project.
The designer (Roberta Di Fazio) was great to work with. Fabulous design ideas but also understood my preferences and items of furniture which needed to stay. Roberta was adept at managing around this to get optimal outcomes. Good sourcing in Hong Kong and from China without a compromise on quality.
Also, the Home Stylist has great partners. The builder was excellent. Organised, got things done on a timely basis, great structural design ideas, good material sourcing, and again, very transparent on costs.
Jamie and Roberta worked very well together which made the whole experience highly enjoyable from a client perspective.
So, to reiterate, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Home Stylist to anyone renovating their homes.
